FREE - Woodland Tots Outdoor Play Session at Larbert Woods

Come along and join us each week for our Woodland Tots sessions. These play sessions are outdoors and are free thanks to Thrive Outdoors.

Sessions are free play based, we will provide equipment/activities, ideas, and our help (if wanted). We are more than happy to join in your play, but if you would rather just get on with it thats fine too!  As you know our weather can be unpredictable and rather wet at times! We will go ahead with sessions in most weather but if its too brutal Angela will keep you up to date via email/social media.

Sessions last for 1.5 hours but there is no requirement to stay for the full session. You can arrive and leave at any point during the session.

Sessions are suitable for pre-school children age from walking to 5 years. Parents must stay and supervise children at all times. Older siblings can attend but please email Angela first.

There are no toilets onsite, the closest toilet is in the hospital. There are plenty trees if you are comfortable with wild pees. Please email Angela if you are concerned about toileting.

The site is suitable for buggies, althought it can get muddy. If anyone in your group has mobility issues , please email Angela.

Parking is NOT available at Larbert House or the aea around the house. Drop off is possible at the passing bays on the road. From here you walk straight up the hill, towards Labert House, and you will see us in the woodland on the left.

There is also limited parking on the road down from Maggies Cancer Centre, but NOT in Maggies.

Please do not bring dogs along without checking with us first.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can free up the space for someone else.
