About the event
This workshop is open to anyone over 50 who would like to get out for a walk (approx 2 miles taken at your pace) in the woods and get a little closer to nature. Perhaps you're worried about getting lost or maybe you want to meet some new people. Stretching your legs and getting a breath of fresh air offers a world of physical and mental health benefits. So come and join us as we identify some of the local flora and fauna. This workshop is aimed at beginners but if you're an expert you're welcome to come along and share your knowledge and of course if you just feel a bit rusty then why not come along and see what you remember!
We aim to provide hot drinks and biscuits on the session. Please note any allergies or dietary requirements on the booking form.
