Thursday 16+ Wellbeing Group Block 1

Our Thursday Woodland Group is held weekly at Larbert Woods (adjacent to the Forth Valley Royal Infirmary) on Thursday afternoons, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. The sessions are run in blocks of five, with new opportunities to join the group regularly.

Come and join us in a fantastic woodland setting for a social afternoon session. Sessions are participant led, so we will tailor activities to the interests of the group, but you're pretty likely to get involved in things like:

• Wildlife Spotting
• Campfire Cooking
• Outdoor Photography
• Bushcraft Skills
• Outdoor Crafts
• Music
• Storytelling

The first session of each block will be a "get to know one-another" session where we investigate the interests of the group and design a rough plan for the next four weeks together.

There will be no pressure to take part in any activities that you don't want to join in with.

Sessions are suitable for those who are comfortable in outdoor woodland activities and for those who haven't got out into the woodland much but who would like to.

Please let us know if you're not able to attend a session that you've booked so that we can offer the space to someone else. Those who repeatedly no-show without letting us know may have their remaining bookings cancelled.

Please do not bring knives or other tools to Under the Trees sessions without prior arrangement. We will have all you need with us.
